Katarmal Sun Temple is India's second-most significant sun temple, after Konark Sun Temple. It is said to be the mountains' only sun temple. After a challenging 2-kilometer trek, one arrives at the temple, which is situated at the top of the hill. Intricate carvings can be seen on pillars, walls, doors, and panels. Paintings and exquisite sculptures made of stone and metal serve as examples of the level of artistry obtained by the time's creators.
